1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how DG Bouquet (“we”, “us”) handles information when you visit dgbouquet.com and use our digital bouquet builder. We designed the website to work without accounts and to keep as little information about you as possible.

2. Information We Collect

We do not ask you to register, and we do not build profiles of visitors. The information involved is limited to:

• Technical data that web servers record automatically when any page is requested, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. Our hosting provider processes this data to deliver and secure the website.
• Information you choose to give us, described in the next section.

We do not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

3. Information Provided by Users

• Bouquet details. The flowers, greenery, wrapper, arrangement, names and message you enter in the builder stay in your browser. They are not sent to or stored on our servers.
• Share links. When you share a bouquet, its contents, including any names and message, are written into the link itself. Anyone who has the link can open the bouquet and read the message. Apps you use to send the link (for example messaging apps or email) handle it under their own privacy policies.
• Contact form. If you contact us, we receive your name, email address, subject and message so that we can reply. The form is only sent when you press Send Message.

4. How We Use Information

• To display, save and share the bouquets you create.
• To answer messages sent through the contact form.
• To keep the website running, secure and free of abuse.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

We do not set cookies. The bouquet builder uses your browser's local storage (under the name “dgbouquet:draft”) to remember an unfinished bouquet so that it is still there if you refresh or come back later. This data stays on your device. You can remove it at any time with the Start Again button in the builder or by clearing your browser's site data.

6. Third-Party Services

• Hosting. Our hosting provider serves the website and processes the technical data described above.
• Email delivery. Messages from the contact form are delivered to us by an email service provider, which processes the message on our behalf.
• Sharing. The WhatsApp, Facebook and X buttons are plain links. Nothing is sent to those services until you click one, after which their own privacy policies apply. The Copy link button and your device's share menu stay on your device until you choose where to send the link.

Fonts and images are served from our own website, so loading a page does not contact a font or image provider.

7. Data Security

The website is served over HTTPS so information travelling between your browser and our servers is encrypted. Because bouquets are stored inside share links, treat a link like the message it contains and only share it with people you want to see it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we handle.

8. Data Retention

Bouquets are not kept on our servers, so there is nothing for us to retain. Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and handle any follow-up. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.

9. User Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to how it is used. As we only hold contact form messages, the simplest way to use these rights is to contact us and tell us what you would like us to do.

10. Children's Privacy

DG Bouquet is a general audience website and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through the contact form, please let us know and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy when the website changes, for example if we add new features or services. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last revised. Please check this page from time to time.
